Before Colby: Rosie skied, played lacrosse, and did trap shooting while graduating from Orono High School. She won the Athena Award at Orono. She was also a Lacrosse MHSHL ACI Conference selection as well as an MSHSL All-State Skiing selection. Rosie did a Ski Racing Sisterhood ski coach internship and worked at Rosie's Gardens, owned and operated by her family.

At Colby: Rosie is a Biology major. She is part of the Fly Fishing Club, the Space Club, the Hammock Club, and the Cycling Club. Over the summer, she coached for Ski Racing Camps and FVSEF. 

2018 season highlights: Hust had a successful first season as a Mule, and placed top-10 in slalom for five of her six competitions. She had her best finish at fourth in slalom at the Colby Carnival and had her best showing placing fifth in the slalom and 20th in the GS at the UVM Carnival.
