Treveloni, Phillips keep hitting in setback to Wisconsin-Stevens Point

WINTER HAVEN, Fla. -- Matt Treveloni kept up his hot hitting with a pair of hits for the Colby College baseball team in a 4-2 loss to University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point on Thursday in Florida.

Treveloni (pictured) is batting .464, has 11 RBI, and a slugging percentage of .821 in eight games. 
 
William Wessman also had two hits and drove in a run for the Mules (2-6 overall). Will Phillips had the other RBI and had one hit to push his batting average to .407.  George Schmidt had one run and a hit, Keenan Iuliano had one hit, and Andrew Sterup scored the other run.
 
Brooks Parker pitched well over five innings, allowing only two earned runs and struck out three. Paul Ariola worked the final three innings and struck out two while giving up one earned run.
