Men's squash opens season with convincing victory over Camels

WATERVILLE, Maine -- Will Pepi and Jason Brodo both won in five sets for the 23rd-ranked Colby College men's squash team in an 8-1 win over 30th-ranked Connecticut College on Saturday at the Dunaway Courts.

Pepi was down 1-0 and 2-1 in set scores before battling back for 11-7 and 11-7 wins at the third position. Brodo also took an 11-7 victory in the fifth set at five.
 
First position player Will McBrian won 3-1 after taking the first two sets by scores of 13-11 and 11-6. 
 
Benjamin Kwass won in straight sets for the Mules at the second spot. Chase Holding won his first collegiate match at the fourth spot. Charlie Beauregard, Matt Epstein, and Alex Jafry (pictured) also won for the Mules. Jafry won his first collegiate match.
