Nordic teams sprint at UVM meet

STOWE, Vt. -- Amy Bianco led the Colby College women's Nordic ski team with a 13th-place finish and Zane Fields was 14th for the men in sprint racing at the University of Vermont Carnival at the Trapp Family Lodge on Friday.

Olivia Amber placed 14th for the Colby women. 
 

Bianco had a time of 3 minutes, 53.63 seconds to help the Mules place seventh with 66 points. Amber clocked a time of 3:57.24.

Fields helped a balanced men's team take fifth place with 73 points. He had a time of 3:14.26. Silas Eastman took 21st place in 3:17.89, Andrew Egger placed 28th with a 3:15.93, Sam Sinkler was 32nd in 3:21.53, and Scott Harrison came in 34th at 3:21.95.
