2018 indoor season highlights: Leonard ran in the 1,600 relay team that had three first place finishes and a second place finish. The team also placed sixth of 20 team at the Open New England Championships. Her 800 relay team finished first to open the season. Individually, Rachel competed in the 200 meters at the Maine State meet, where she finished ninth of 35 racers.

2017 outdoor season highlights: Rachel earned All-NESCAC honors after helping the 1,600 relay team take third at the conference meet. She also won races with the 1,600 relay team at the MIT Last Chance Qualifier and the Tufts Sunshine Classic. Leonard also was part of the winning 400 relay and took second place in the 400 dash at Tufts. Rachel competed in the 200 and 400 meters at a meet at Princeton.

2017 indoor season highlights: Leonard ran the lead leg and helped the 1,600 relay team finish 10th at the NCAA Division III Championships. She helped the 1,600 relay team to wins at the Tufts Last Chance Qualifier, the Wheaton Invitational, and the Maine State meet. The 1,600 relay also finished fifth at the Open New England Championships. Rachel also helped the 800 relay team to a state title. She was named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.

2016 outdoor season highlights: Leonard started the outdoor season at the Aztec Open with a first-place finish in the 400-meter dash. At the PLNU Invitational, Rachel finished the 800 meters in 22nd and had a personal best with a time of 2:26.25. Rachel helped both the 4x100 meter relay team and 4x400 meter relay team to seconds and raced to a third-place finish in the 800 meters. At the Aloha Relays, Leonard finished the 400 meter dash in second and a personal best of 1:01.18, along with a ninth and personal best of 26.97 in the 200 dash. Rachel began the championship season at the NESCAC Championships with a 16th-place finish in the 400 dash. Rachel finished out her first year at the ECAC DIII Championships by helping the 4x400 meter relay team to a fifth-place finish.

2016 indoor season highlights: Leonard finished second with the 4x200 meter relay team and first with the 4x400 relay team to open the season at the Bates tri-meet. Rachel competed in the 500 meters for the remainder of the season, finishing 42nd at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, 25th at the Open New England Championship, and 10th at the ECAC Division III Championship.
