Treveloni has five hits for Mules in NESCAC East setbacks

MEDFORD, Mass. -- Matt Treveloni had five hits on the day and drove in four runs for the Colby College baseball team in 14-1 and 20-6 losses to Tufts University in NESCAC East play Saturday.

Colby's scheduled game with Emerson College on Sunday has been cancelled.
Game 1 highlights
* Treveloni (pictured), Andrew Russell, Keenan Iuliano, and Matt Garcia had hits for the Mules. Will Phillips scored the run for Colby in the sixth inning on a wild pitch.
* William Wessman threw 1.2 innings, did not allow a hit, struck out four, and walked one for the Mules.
* Nick Falkson drove in six runs, had two hits, and scored three runs for the Jumbos (15-10, 6-3 NESCAC East).
Game 2 highlights
* Treveloni had a pair of doubles among his four hits and drove in four runs. 
* Russell had two hits, two runs, and drove in a run. Tommy McGee finished with three hits and a run, while Ben Coleman had a hit and scored one run. 
* Jackson Ward pitched in relief and did not allow an earned run while striking out three and walking none.
* Tommy O'Hara hit two home runs among his five hits, drove in six runs, and scored five times for the Jumbos.
