Heilbron plays in New England Senior All-Star Soccer Game

WATERVILLE, Maine -- Colby College midfielder Avery Heilbron (Vancouver, B.C.) played for the winning team at the New England Intercollegiate Soccer League (NEISL) Senior All-Star Game on Sunday at Brandeis University.
Heilbron was one of 11 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) players on the blue squad. The game ended in a 2-2 tie, but the blue squad won 4-0 in a shootout. The shootout consisted of players starting at midfield with the ball. 
Heilbron played two years for the Mules after transferring from the University of New Hampshire. A captain this season, Heilbron was capable of playing in the midfield or on defense. He had one goal this season in a victory over Husson University.
