WATERVILLE, Maine - The Colby College Women's Ice Hockey team dominated from the opening period routing the University of Southern Maine 5-0.

Colby had many opportunities to take the lead in the period but Alexa Henrikson played stellar in the net for the Huskies stopping all eleven shots. Nina Prunster controlled her end as well, saving seven shots.
Entering the second frame, the Mules were able to tally quickly as Cindy Giandomenico scored at 53 seconds in the second frame. Lauren Klein and McKinley Karpa had the assists.
